Return Process

  Choose a convenient time slot for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
